Jorge Miranda is Chief Commercial Officer for Insightin Health. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience in provider and payer markets with a demonstrated history of applying information technology and services within innovative markets. Miranda has working knowledge of health plans, health systems, group practices, ACOs/CINs, SDOH, enterprise software, value-based care, population health management, analytics, consumer engagement, care management, artificial intelligence (ML/NLP), HIEs, and revenue cycle management. Business areas includes sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Marcia brings 15+ years of experience working directly with clients on solving problems around technology training and instructional designs. Marcia has worked on multiple patient engagement platforms to deliver learning courses for physicians and nurses. As Chief Experience Officer, Marcia oversees Insightin’s overall Customer Experience Delivery. In doing such, she works closely with Insightin clients and internal product teams to ensure Insightin standards for experience excellency are exceeded.
