In this role, Wood will provide strategic consulting and technology implementation strategy for our clients. Wood brings with him more than 20 years of experience in consulting and business analytics within the healthcare industry. Wood formerly served as Senior Program Manager at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, one of the largest in the Blues family. During his time with Highmark, Wood successfully delivered a new member rewards program to over 300,000 customers, stabilized satisfaction ratings, and increased the rate of customers undertaking Annual Wellness Visits by 12 percent in a single year (an additional 30,000 people). Wood's understanding of the Medicare Advantage marketplace provides the Insightin team with a strategic view from the health plan's prospective.
